Conservation Events  Aquarium of the Bay is dedicated to promoting sustainable, conservation-minded behavior. Become involved in Aquarium of the Bay's local conservation efforts by volunteering with the Aquarium or participating in one of our annual and special conservation events.
California Coastal Clean-Up Day

Aquatic Park
Join Aquarium of the Bay at San Francisco's Aquatic Park on Saturday, September 25 for California Coastal Clean-Up Day.
Supporting the California Coastal Commission's BYO Campaign, all participants are encouraged to bring their own reusable bag, gloves and collecting device. Each person who provides their own reusable supplies will be entered to win a free membership to Aquarium of the Bay.
In appreciation of your generosity, each registered participant who completes a data sheet at the event will receive a complimentary ticket to visit Aquarium of the Bay.
