Spring Forward Celebration
Sunday, March 14, 2010 10am-5pm
Farallon Room, Aquarium of the Bay

Hop over to Aquarium of the Bay on Sunday, March 14, for an amphibian and fun-filled Spring Forward celebration.  Free with your Aquarium admission, the day will star the Aquarium's Pacific Tree Frogs and Western Toads, two species that have important conservation messages to share.

The day will feature:

  • Opportunities to get up close and personal with the Aquarium's amphibian friends
  • Hands-on crafts
  • Special frog-themed activities
  • Discussions by the Aquarium's Husbandry team, at 11:30am and 2:30pm
  • Frog-focused storytelling at 10:30am and 1pm
Worldwide, there are more than 4,000 species of frogs. One-third of all amphibians are threatened with extinction.  By supporting Aquarium of the Bay and attending the Spring Forward celebration, you are helping to play a role in increasing awareness and support for animals in need.
