Aquarium of the Bay is open 364 days each year. We are closed on December 25.
General Hours of Operation -- Summer (Beginning Saturday, May 26th)
Every day: 9 am - 8 pm
General Hours of Operation -- Fall/Spring
September 4 - October 31; March 1-May 28
Monday - Thursday: 10am to 7pm
Friday - Sunday: 10am - 8pm
General Hours of Operation -- Winter
Beginning November 1
Monday - Thursday: 10am - 6pm
Friday - Sunday: 10am - 7pm

Tickets
We have ticket booths located on PIER 39 and Pier 41, as well as at the Visitors Service desk at our main entrance.

Public Transportation
Aquarium of the Bay supports the use of public transportation. Present a current, valid Bay Area public transportation pass or transfer and receive $2 off adult admission, and $1 off child/senior admission (cannot be combined with any other offer).
Visit www.511.org to get directions for using public transit to visit Aquarium of the Bay. The historic F Line stops right across from our front door.

Public parking facilities are available at Pier 35 or across from the main entrance at the PIER 39 garage. The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that Aquarium of the Bay does not validate parking, but many PIER 39 restaurants do.
