Tuesday, April 22
6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Bay Theater

This Earth Day, join us for Predators Misunderstood, a fundraising event that combines the forces of land and sea. Predators Misunderstood will take a closer look at cheetahs and sharks, bringing awareness to some of the threats facing these misjudged animals.

Dr. Laurie Marker, Founder and Executive Director of the Cheetah Conservation Fund will join us to talk about rapid decline of the cheetah population, an endangered species of which only approximately 10,000 remain today.

Michael Grassmann, Marine Biologist at Aquarium of the Bay will share his expertise on sharks, and why these vastly misunderstood animals need our help.

Also meet Cheetah Ambassador Themba from the Wildcat Education and Conservation Fund.
